East Piedmont Avenue Revitalization Development
New Start Development worked to recreate one of the fastest and best growing communities in DOWNTOWN DURHAM NORTH CAROLINA. This revitalization was a venture between City of Durham and The Durham Community Land Trustees, a local non-profit with a 30 year history of providing affordable housing in the heart of Durham NC.
NEW START IS HAPPY TO SAY THAT WE TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN PROVIDING PRE- CONSTUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE NEW PREPATORY ACADEMY FOOTBALL PROGRAM.
